The German Basketball Federation has updated Daniel Theis’ recovery status after injury. The German center is set to join the team’s training in Munich.
The German Basketball Federation announced on Friday evening that Indiana Pacers big man Daniel Theis will join the national team during training in Munich.

The Pacers center had been training individually since the start of the German national team’s preparation camp.
Theis is being monitored by German national team medical staff in hopes of being cleared to play in the upcoming EuroBasket.
The final decision on Theis’ participation in the next EuroBasket will come on Tuesday.
The 30-year-old is still ruled out for the World Cup qualifier in Munich against Slovenia on August 28.
It was recently reported that another German national team star, Dennis Schroder, has recovered from his injury.
