NBA Draft lottery 2022: live updates, time, TV channel as Portland Trail Blazers, other lottery teams learn their fate



CHICAGO — The NBA Draft Lottery takes place at 5 p.m. PT / 8 p.m. ET on Tuesday, with the Portland Trail Blazers deep in the mix with those teams hoping to clinch the No. 1 pick.

The draw will be broadcast live on ESPN.

The Blazers, who finished the season with the sixth-worst record in the NBA at 27-55, have a 9% chance of moving to No. 1 and a combined 37.2% chance of jumping to the top four in the draft. NBA 2022, which is set for June 23.

Of course, the Blazers could also fall to No. 7 (29.8% chance) or No. 8 (20.5% chance).

Blazers superstar goaltender Damian Lillard has been tasked with bringing some luck to the proceedings and will represent the team in the lottery, to be held at McCormick Place in downtown Chicago.
